The Long Wait Is Over!

First of all, we here at Bishounen Project would like to apologize for the super long delay in releasing these chapters. We know that most of you have already reached beyond the limits of your patience. And I know that it didn't help at all when we rarely dropped by the blog with a word regarding our progress. So again, we apologize.


Also, we want to say "Thank you very much!" to those who waited patiently for us, who gave us words of encouragement. You are the reason why we want to see this project to the end.

First of all, Happy New Year! I hope you have been enjoying the holiday season.

Now for the serious business. Thanks for holding on and sticking around! Really appreciate all the support! There have been detours but we are still committed to seeing this through so as a treat here is that really nice 2008 special! Then to be upfront with our progress, here is the status of the different chapters:

Volume 15 - All chapters have been scanned. Translation is up to chapter 6. Proofreading up to chapter 4. Looking to completely translate the whole volume early January.

2009 specials - All chapters scanned. All chapters completely translated. Currently being edited.

I hope you guys can wait just a little bit more. Again, Thanks and all the very best for 2010!

Quick Updates

Just wanted to drop a note that we are pretty much alive and kicking and that we still plan to finish off Gokusen. The only question uppermost in everyone's mind is 'when'? I unfortunately don't have a clear timeline. Life has been pretty crazy and there are personal life issues underway, including my current difficulty in getting net access.

We'll pull through and we'll manage to get the all of Gokusen finished before the year ends. And this includes the recent specials (2008 and 2009). Yes, you read it right. Even the specials.

So continue to look forward to our releases. Stay safe everyone.
